Where to Start?
Firstly, congratulations on your engagement and thank you for considering us to be a part of your wedding journey!
There's so much variety and choice when it comes to wedding cakes it can seem quite daunting. From traditional tiered cakes to favours and dessert tables.
Fortunately, we're proud to be able to offer a wide variety of styles and options, enabling us to accommodate all of your wedding cake needs!
Whether you're looking for something traditional, rustic, detailed or minimalistic we will work with you to ensure we create the perfect cake for your special day.
The Process
As soon as you have booked your venue, it is best to get in touch to check our availability.
As it's only Kimmi who creates our wedding cakes we're limited to the number we can take on per week. As a result popular dates and times of the year get booked up well in advance.
If you love our style, then you can secure your wedding date by paying a £100 non-refundable booking fee. The design of your wedding cake can be finalised at a later date.
Once your date has been secured we will look to get you booked in for your complimentary consultation around 3 months prior to your wedding date. Here we’ll chat through your cake design in more detail whilst you sample your chosen flavours from our flavour menu.
After your consultation you will be sent a copy of your wedding cake details to check and approve. We can then finalise the final design of your wedding cake, flavour choices and price via email.
The balance for your wedding cake order will be due 4 weeks before your date.
We liaise directly with your wedding venue to arrange delivery and set up of your wedding cake, so all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your wedding day!

Please note: the links below are for couples who have already paid their booking fee and to secure their date - please do not request a consultation if you're not already booked in.
Paying your Balance
Wedding cake balances must be cleared four weeks before your wedding date
If full payment is not received four weeks before the delivery date, it is assumed that the cake has been cancelled.
The cancellation policy, therefore, applies in all cases.
If after the four week period you try to make a payment, I reserve the right to refuse your order in all cases with complete loss of any monies previously paid.
You can pay for your cake by an online bank transfer or by credit/debit.
BACS details will be provided to you at the time of booking as well as an invoice and link to an online payment system.
Cash is not accepted under any circumstances for wedding cakes.
Wedding Cake Delivery!
Your cake will be baked 2-3 days before your wedding date to ensure it is as fresh as possible on the day for you.
It will be delivered to your venue at an agreed time and will be set up upon arrival. Any finishing touches/flowers will be added once it's all set up!
