Please note: If we are unable to accommodate your order due to either unavailability or other orders e.g. weddings, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order to make you aware, your order will be cancelled and a full refund given.

DELIVERY & POSTAGE
Local delivery is available within 5 miles of SN2 2PJ
We can also ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24, to arrive next business day. We do not dispatch Friday-Sunday.
COLLECTION
Collection is 10am-11am unless agreed otherwise.

When you enter the car park, keep to the right of reception and drive all the way the back of the building. There will be a single loading bay with a hatched area in front (Access D). You’re welcome to park in here and we’re just inside on the right. If you end up by MS Van Hire you’ve gone round the wrong side.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
This item is non refundable within 7 days of the collection/delivery/dispatch date. No exceptions
