By placing an order with Kimmi’s Cakes, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
These terms apply to all products and services offered by Kimmi’s Cakes including online shop orders, bespoke orders, corporate orders, taster boxes, classes and digital products.
Order Types
Kimmi’s Cakes accepts several types of orders depending on the product or service being purchased.
Online Shop Orders
Online shop orders are placed directly through our website checkout.
These orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase and will be available for collection, delivery or dispatch on the date selected at checkout.
Available collection or delivery dates are shown during checkout.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke orders include custom cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and other made-to-order products that require a quote or design discussion.
A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure the order date.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid before the agreed collection or delivery date as stated on your invoice.
Corporate Orders
Corporate orders include larger quantity orders, branded products, event catering or repeat business orders.
Corporate orders may require:
• a deposit or booking fee
• full payment in advance
• payment via invoice with agreed payment terms
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Minimum Notice
All products are freshly prepared to order and therefore minimum notice periods may apply.
While we always try to accommodate short notice orders where possible, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Kimmi’s Cakes reserves the right to decline orders where sufficient notice is not provided.
Delivery
Local delivery may be available within a specified radius of SN2 2PJ.
Deliveries are typically made between 10am–2pm on the selected date.
While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, the order may be returned to the business address and an additional delivery charge may apply.

Collection times are 10am–11am unless previously agreed otherwise.
Customers are responsible for checking their order before leaving the premises.
Once the order has been collected, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Design & Creative Licence
Kimmi’s Cakes retains full creative licence over all cake and product designs.
Inspiration images may be used as a guide; however exact replicas of other designs cannot be guaranteed.
As all cakes are handmade, minor variations in colour, decoration and finish may occur.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations.
Product Freshness
All products are baked as close to the collection or delivery date as possible to ensure freshness.
Cakes are best consumed within 48 hours of collection or delivery unless otherwise advised.
We cannot accept responsibility for products consumed after this time.
Storage & Care
Fondant cakes should be stored in a cool room at ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Buttercream cakes should be kept refrigerated and removed approximately one hour before serving.
Failure to follow storage guidance may affect product quality.
Transport
Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in a cool vehicle.
Once an order has been collected or delivered, Kimmi’s Cakes cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during transport or handling.
Weather
High temperatures can affect cakes and decorations.
Kimmi’s Cakes cannot accept liability for damage caused by heat, sunlight or environmental conditions once the order has been collected or delivered.
Allergies
Customers must inform Kimmi’s Cakes of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.
All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and other allergens, therefore cross-contamination cannot be completely eliminated.
Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
Classes
Class places must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Class bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request a transfer to another available date where possible.
Kimmi’s Cakes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes where necessary. In this situation, customers will be offered an alternative date or refund.
Digital Products
Digital products including guides, downloads and online materials are non-refundable once purchased.
All digital content remains the intellectual property of Kimmi’s Cakes and must not be copied, distributed, shared or resold.
Digital products are sold for personal use only.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Complaints
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact Kimmi’s Cakes within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to:
Clear photographic evidence may be required to review the issue.
