Returns and Refunds Policy
At Kimmi’s Cakes, everything is freshly baked to order, and we want you to be completely happy with your treats. If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Cakes and Bespoke Orders
All cakes, cupcakes, treat boxes and bespoke items are non-refundable once the order has been baked or created, as they are perishable and made just for you.
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of collection or delivery, including clear photos, so we can review the problem and find the best solution.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order:

More than 7 days’ notice
Your booking fee is non-refundable, but any remaining balance already paid may be transferred to a future date. -
Less than 7 days’ notice
No refunds or date transfers can be offered, as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.
Wedding cakes follow the cancellation terms outlined in your wedding booking contract.
Wedding Cakes
Your £100 wedding booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations of wedding cakes must be made in writing. Refunds are not available once work has begun on design, preparation, or baking.
Collection and Delivery
Please check your order when you collect or receive it. Once you have taken your items away, they become your responsibility.
I provide full storage and transport guidance to help you keep your cake in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for damage caused after collection or delivery.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering. We take great care, but all items are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and other allergens, so cross-contamination cannot be completely eliminated.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of cakes and baked goods, we cannot accept physical returns.
