All products are handmade to order using high-quality ingredients in a professional kitchen environment.

Ingredients used across our range may include:

Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, butter (milk), eggs, vegetable oils, cocoa, chocolate, milk, cream, vanilla, fruit, nuts, flavourings, raising agents and food colourings.

Ingredient lists may vary depending on the product ordered and supplier availability.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles several of the 14 major allergens, including:

• Gluten (wheat, barley)
• Milk
• Eggs
• Soya
• Nuts (including peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios)
• Sesame
• Sulphites
• Lupin

Due to the nature of our kitchen and shared equipment, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens, and traces may be present.

Customers must inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

While we take great care when preparing orders, Kimmi’s Cakes cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
