Our mini loaf cakes are baked fresh in small batches, hand finished one at a time, and sized so a single loaf is a proper portion for one person. No factory mixes, no shortcuts, and real ingredients throughout: vanilla bean paste rather than flavouring, fresh lemons, proper chocolate.
Choose your flavour:
Classic Vanilla. Soft vanilla bean sponge with a layer of strawberry jam and swirls of vanilla buttercream. The one everyone reaches for first.
Dubai Chocolate. Our take on the viral chocolate bar. Chocolate sponge, chocolate fudge icing, smooth pistachio creme and roasted kadayif pastry for the crunch, finished with chopped pistachios and chocolate curls. Contains pistachio nuts.
Red Velvet. Deep red cocoa sponge, kept beautifully soft, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and sprinkles.
Chocolate Fudge. Dark cocoa sponge with glossy fudge icing, milk chocolate curls and mini fudge pieces. For the serious chocolate lovers.
Salted Caramel. Light brown sugar sponge with caramel buttercream, a caramel drizzle and a pinch of sea salt to cut the sweetness.
Lemon Meringue. Fresh lemon sponge layered with tangy lemon curd and lemon buttercream, topped with crisp mini meringues. Sharp, sweet and lighter than it looks.
Buying more than one? Take three for less, or six for our best price, and mix the flavours however you like.
