A full day of dedicated one-to-one tuition, the most in-depth session on offer, and the best option if you want to cover several techniques or work towards a specific cake style. No previous experience is required. Good to Know Your cake is a 6 inch sponge and you choose the flavour and filling from my cake flavour menu. We confirm this by email before your session, as it is baked fresh for your class and cannot be changed on the day. You will be sent the recipes for everything you make afterwards.
