  • AVAILABILITY

    Please allow a minimum of 7 days notice for your order.

     

    Please note: If we are unable to accommodate your order due to either unavailability or other orders e.g. weddings, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order to make you aware, your order will be cancelled and a full refund given.

     

    Please do not place an order within 7 days unless you have been told to do so via a member of the team. Your order will cancelled and a refund actioned, you will not be contacted to make you aware of this cancellation.

  • DELIVERY & POSTAGE

    Local delivery is available within 5 miles of SN2 2PJ.

    We can also ship via Royal Mail 1st Classed Signed for, will arrive within 1-2 workings days of dispatch date. We do not ship Friday - Sunday.

    Should you require your order earlier in the day, please request the working day before. We are unable to guarantee a morning delivery due to the number of orders going out each day.

  • COLLECTION

    If you would like to collect your order, you can pick up from Kimmi's Cakes HQ anytime between 10am-11am on your selected date. If you need to collect later in the day, please get in touch after placing your order and we can arrange a suitable time.

    Your order will be ready for collection between 10am-11am

     

    Enter the car park, keep to the right and go all the way the back of the building to Access D.

     

    Alternatively, you can come through reception and it will be signposted but is a bit more of a walk.

  • REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

    This item is non refundable within 7 days of the collection/delivery/dispatch date. No exceptions

  • ALLERGENS

    Due to being produced in a kitchen that handles all named allergens, we cannot guarantee allergen free products.
