    Please allow a minimum of 7 days notice for your order.

     

    Please note: If we are unable to accommodate your order due to either unavailability or other orders e.g. weddings, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order to make you aware, your order will be cancelled and a full refund given.

     

    Please do not place an order within 7 days unless you have been told to do so via a member of the team. Your order will cancelled and a refund actioned, you will not be contacted to make you aware of this cancellation.

  • DELIVERY & POSTAGE

    Local delivery is within a 10 mile radius of SN2 2PJ and will be delivered anytime between 10am-6pm.

     

    Should you require your order earlier in the day, please request the day before. We are unable to guarantee a morning delivery due to the number of orders going out each day.

     

    A £3.99 delivery fee will be added to your order at checkout.

  • COLLECTION

    If you choose to collect your order, you will be contacted once your order has been placed to arrange a collection time.

    When you enter the carpark, keep to the right and go all the way to the end, turn left and drive all the way to the end where you will see Access D. Park up anywhere there is a space and come through this entrance, immediately on the right you will see my door (54) and my sign will be on the wall.

     

    Alternatively, you can come through reception and it will be signposted but is a bit more of a walk.

  • REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

    This item is non refundable if you request cancellation within 7 days of the order date.

    All vegan cupcakes are baked using dairy/egg alternative ingredients. They are produced in an environment where dairy/eggs products are handled, and where equipment and utensils are used for multiple menu items. Although your order is prepared with care, it cannot be guaranteed it will be completely free of dairy/egg. Please bare this in mind when ordering with us.
